Factory Cafe
Our new home is at Iron Works South Boston at 58 Old Colony Ave.
It has a brewery vibe and is a space where you can see how our dumplings are made, enjoy a meal at the cafe, and take a dumpling making class with friends and family.

Thursday: 5:30am-8:30pm
Friday-Saturday: 11:30am-8:30pm
Sunday: 11:30am-5:30pm
Additional walk-in & pre-orders hours to get frozen dumpling packs: Tuesday - Thursday 12pm-3pm

Each arch represents a different step in making dumplings. The middle arch shows farm fresh ingredients getting folded into dumplings. The left arch shows the cooking process. Dumplings are steamed in a bamboo steamer and pan-fried over the flames. The right arch shows plated dumplings served with a sauce, ready to eat!
